The company provides flexible vocational training opportunities for individuals and businesses across the South of England.

Paragon Skills is accredited to provide Apprenticeships, NVQs and many other additional qualifications in the following sectors: Business and Administration; Care; Childcare; Customer Service; Distribution and Warehousing; Engineering and Technology; Hairdressing; Hospitality and Catering; Information Technology; Marine Engineering; Motor Engineering and Retail. In addition, Paragon Skills provides Institute of Leadership and Management accredited qualifications.

The Apprenticeship programme is funded and supported by the Learning and Skills Council and has been carefully designed by employers for employers. Young people get the chance to build practical skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications while working, and employers gain a young person who can make a real contribution to their business.
