As a work-based training provider we offer a service that is tailored specifically to your company’s requirements. Delivery of training is flexible and can be completed entirely in the workplace for many qualifications. We can design a programme around your requirements, delivered on your terms, at a time to suit you.
All of our 100 plus assessors and tutors are fully qualified and have extensive industry experience. They’ve been there, so they know your issues and can offer advice as well as exptertise. We are more than just a training provider though; we pride ourselves in the levels of service and customer care we offer to all our customers. From your first meeting with Paragon Skills you’ll have a dedicated Training and Recruitment Adviser, (TRA) who will be able to interpret your needs and design custom solutions. They will be your first port of call and will act as your source of information regarding training in your industry.
We will ensure that you are kept up to date with issues that may affect you as an employer and will keep you posted on interesting developments in your industry through our employer newsletters.
In our training programmes we will make sure we address any barriers that prevent your employees developing their skills. We know, for example, that addressing literacy, numeracy and IT skills will improve performance and profitability for your company.
