Course Aims:
To specify the operational performance standards needed for the qualification, and the knowledge and skills that an effective trainer requires. Additionally, to develop an awareness of the context of training and development, and the key issues that impact on its planning and delivery
Progression:
The qualification provides an effective platform for moving on to the Diploma in Human Resources Management.
