Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Light Vehicle) NVQ Level 3

This is a work-based qualification, assessed on the basis of evidence collected to prove competence, which is measured against national standards set for the motor industry by Automotive Skills. This award builds on existing knowledge and skills and helps further development into more specialised areas of light vehicle maintenance and repair

Who will benefit:

Anyone wishing to gain a nationally recognised qualification at Level 3 in the automotive industry in order to progress towards fully skilled status

Entry requirements:

Participants must be working in an automotive environment and ideally be qualified to Level 2 standard

Course Aims:

The course aims to further develop participants’ skills and technical knowledge within the work place and recognise their achievement with a National Vocational Qualification.

Duration:

Up to 2 years

Courses are subject to minimum number participation. Bespoke training is available in all courses subject to agreement
