Who will benefit:
Anyone working in a marine engineering maintenance/servicing environment that has the potential to attain the standards required for this qualification
Entry requirements:
Participants should be occupied in the maintenance/servicing of marine equipment and systems and should be motivated and enthusiastic with an appropriate level of technical skill and knowledge in that activity
Course Aims:
Participants will:
- Gain recognition for any existing skills, knowledge and understanding appropriate to the activity
- Be able to demonstrate safe working practices and procedures at all times
- Be able to work to instructions with a minimum of supervision, taking personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work they carry out.
