A flexible syllabus to enable training to be tailored to meet specific needs. There are 4 mandatory units that cover areas such as hygiene, health & safety, food safety, teamwork and customer service, plus 3 optional units to complete a total of 7 units.

The course is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in hospitality perhaps in a fast food outlet, small guesthouse, restaurant, hotel or coffee shop.

This is a short, flexible programme to reinforce individual knowledge of the industry whilst gaining hands on experience
