Front Office NVQ

A flexible syllabus to enable training to be tailored to meet specific needs. The course is designed for those who wish to work as a hotel receptionist within the hospitality industry. There are 4 mandatory units covering areas such as health & safety and customer care, plus 2 optional units covering all aspects of reception duties, to complete a total of 6 units.

Who will benefit:

The qualification is designed for those who have recently entered into the world of hotel reception to support their development.

Entry requirements:

No formal entry requirements, but ideally should be working within the reception department of a hotel.

Course Aims:

This is a short, flexible programme to reinforce individual knowledge of the industry whilst gaining hands on experience.

Duration:

Up to 12 months
