There is a bespoke approach to this particular award as the learner can opt to choose units from the Drinks Service or Food Service or a combination of both.

Who will benefit:

The course is designed for those who wish to develop a career in hospitality perhaps in a guesthouse or hotel as it offers the opportunity to develop skills within areas of a restaurant or bar at an intermediate level.

No formal entry requirements.

Course Aims:

This route offers those wishing to pursue a career as a waiter/waitress and/or bar person, an opportunity to develop new and existing skills whilst gaining hands on experience within the workplace

Up to 12 months

Courses are subject to minimum number participation. Bespoke training is available in all courses subject to agreement
