Introduction to CAD Programming
The course will enable candidates to improve their understanding and ability to use different types of software required for a CAD system. Setting draughting parameters and producing technical drawings will form the main content of the programme, culminating in maintaining careful filing systems for manual referencing and disk storage.

Any person involved in product design or having a need to communicate technical or engineering information in graphical form.
Entry requirements:
Good IT skills and understanding of technical drawings.

- Initialise a Computer-aided Draughting System
- Produce Drawings using CAD Equipment
- Modify Drawings on a CAD System
