Entry requirements:

Participants should be occupied in an electrical and electronics servicing environment and have an high level of technical skill and knowledge in that activity

Course Aims:

Participants will:

  • Gain recognition for any existing skills, knowledge and understanding appropriate to the activity
  • Be able to demonstrate safe working practices and procedures at all times
  • Be able to work to instructions with a minimum of supervision, taking personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work they carry out.
  • Have a good understanding of the need for customer care and be able to demonstrate this to a high standard
