Entry requirements:
Participants should be occupied in an electrical and electronics servicing environment and have an appropriate level of technical skill and knowledge in that activity
Course Aims:
Participants will:
- Gain recognition for any existing skills, knowledge and understanding appropriate to the activity
- Be able to demonstrate safe working practices and procedures at all times
- Be able to work to instructions with a minimum of supervision, taking personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the work they carry out.
- Have a good understanding of the need for customer care and be able to demonstrate this to a high standard
