Paragon skills for industry

This award allows participants with managerial responsibilities to specialise in distribution and warehousing and covers the skills required within the warehousing industry. It consists of 2 mandatory and 6 optional units, which include specialised units for stock management, customer service and organisational effectiveness.

The course is designed for those who are currently in a management position within the Distribution and Warehousing industry to develop their skills and further their career with a nationally recognised qualification.

Entry requirements:

Must be working in a supervisory or management job role in a distribution and warehousing setting

Course Aims:

This course offers those wishing to pursue a management career in the Distribution and Warehousing industry an opportunity to develop new and existing skills whilst gaining hand on experience in the workplace.

Up to 9 months
