This award consists of three units. Assignments and a written short answer test are the assessment methods used to measure achievement.

The award is aimed at people who are in a working or learning environment. They will be able to further develop and apply their knowledge and understanding of the principles and techniques of customer service to create and implement effective solutions
Entry requirements:
Participants should have reasonable basic literacy skills.
Course Aims:
On completing this qualification, participants will be able to:
- Develop and apply the necessary knowledge and understanding of the principles and techniques of customer service within their environment to create and implement effective solutions
- Manage, develop and support the personnel and activities within the customer service environment
- Promote and develop products and services within their customer service environment and the wider marketplace
