This award consists of three units. Assignments and a multiple-choice test are the assessment methods used to measure achievement.

Who will benefit:

The award is aimed at people who are in a working or learning environment. They will be able to learn, develop and practice the skills required to make an effective contribution to a customer service environment

Entry requirements:

Participants should have reasonable basic literacy skills.

Course Aims:

On completing this qualification, participants will be able to:

  • Develop the necessary knowledge and understanding of the principles of customer service within their environment to create effective solutions
  • Maintain the customer service environment, develop their service to customers and effectively use, maintain and contribute to the improvement of customer service records
  • Gain an awareness of, and promote, the products and or services of their organisation

  • Customer Service NVQ Level 2
  • Customer Service NVQ Level 3.
