Self-Awareness Course
This covers the aspects and theories behind self awareness and its impact on the delivery of care within the care sector.
Who will benefit:
Anyone who is working within the care sector, this can be used as part of an induction that is already in place in house or as a pre-requisite to Common Induction and Foundation training or NVQ training.
Entry requirements:
None.
Course Aims:
This course aims provide a good basis for an introduction into care and the roles and responsibilities of the carer. This also provides an understanding for the learner on how organisational policy works and how it applies in the workplace.
