Who will benefit:
Workers who have management or supervisory responsibility for other staff, or a high level of independence in developing individual responses to the assessed needs of children and young people
Entry requirements:
Participants should be in a supervisory position in a health and social care setting
Course Aims:
Participants will gain the supporting knowledge and skills necessary for working as senior carers and team leaders in the care sector with children and young people. The course covers managerial duties in addition to the assessment planning and review of individuals’ care needs
