Who will benefit:
The award is relevant to residential childcare workers, foster carers, as well as workers in health, youth justice and educational settings
Entry requirements:
Participants should be in a supervisory position in a health and social care setting appropriate to children and young people
Course Aims:
Participants will gain the supporting knowledge and skills necessary for working as senior carers and team leaders in the care sector with children and young people
Progression:
- Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care – Children and Young People
- Managers in Residential Childcare NVQ Level 4
Duration:
Up to 2 years
Courses are subject to minimum number participation. Bespoke training is available in all courses subject to agreement
