Who will benefit:
The award is aimed at workers delivering care and support often without direct supervision or working on their own, perhaps in an individual’s own home, and workers who may have some supervisory responsibility for other care workers or other specialist responsibility or independence.
Entry requirements:
Participants should be in a supervisory position in a health and social care setting
Course Aims:
Participants will gain the supporting knowledge and skills necessary for working as senior carers and team leaders in the care sector with adults and children

Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care – Adults Registered Managers Award – Adults
Duration:
Up to 2 years
