Who will benefit:
The award is aimed at home care assistants, community support assistants, healthcare assistants and residential or day service assistants; most of who usually work under supervision
Entry requirements:
Participants must be working in a health and social care setting
Course Aims:
Building on induction frameworks, the qualification is designed to offer clear opportunities for participants’ future progression and further development whilst establishing their initial competence to practice safely
Progression:
Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children and Young People Pathways) Level 3 Certificate in Health and Social Care
Duration:
Up to 1 year
Courses are subject to minimum number participation. Bespoke training is available in all courses subject to agreement
