Common Foundation Standards
This course is designed for new workers who have received induction training and are already building on the knowledge, skills and values necessary for the delivery of a good quality service.
Who will benefit:
Anyone who is working within the Care Sector, this can be used as part of an induction that is already in place in house or after the Common Induction Standards have been completed and prior to NVQ training.

None.
Course Aims:
This course aims provide a good basis for a greater understanding and knowledge of the care sector and the roles and responsibilities of the developed carer. This also provides an understanding for participants on the underpinning knowledge for the core units of the NVQ.
