Who will benefit:

This qualification is designed to support the learning needs of participants who work or want to work as health and social senior care assistants and/or team leaders. Forming part of the NVQ framework, it is also available as a stand-alone qualification for those preparing to work in the care sector

Entry requirements:

Participants should be in a supervisory position in a health and social care setting

Course Aims:

Participants will gain the supporting knowledge and skills necessary for working as senior carers and team leaders in the care sector with adults and children

Progression:

Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care

Duration:

6 months

Courses are subject to minimum number participation. Bespoke training is available in all courses subject to agreement
