This course is designed for a care home or nursing home worker, to meet the needs of the standards of the Care commission for all those in Learning Disability Care Settings

Anyone working within a care setting for Learning Disabilities in residential care homes, nursing homes or domiciliary care/nursing agencies.

Course Aims:

To ensure best practice within the workplace and how to identify and deal with abuse awareness in the workplace. It will also cover the 2whistle blowing” policy and how to deal with this policy with their care setting.
