Abuse Awareness

This course is designed for a care home or nursing home worker, to meet the needs of the standards of the Care Commission for all those in Care, Nursing or Domiciliary Care Settings.

Who will benefit:

Anyone working within residential care homes, nursing homes or domiciliary care/nursing agencies.

Entry requirements:

None.

Course Aims:

To ensure best practice within the workplace and how to identify and deal with abuse awareness in the workplace. It will also cover the “whistle blowing” policy and how to deal with this policy with their care setting.

Duration:

4 Hours (half day session)

Courses are subject to minimum number participation. Bespoke training is available in all courses subject to agreement
